Our Return and refund policy has changed starting from June 2024.
We accept all orders via Eshop at minimalegypt.com . The orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days. In order to lower the shipping fees and delivery time for our clients, we started collaboration with a third party logistics company. That means we NO LONGER ALLOW CLIENTS TO OPEN THE PACKAGES upon their arrival.
How can you return your shipment?
Follow these easy steps.
Send us an email at minimalcotton@gmail.com within 3 days after receiving your shipment and we will manage the parcel pick up.
Item must be in original condition, we won't accept any item that has been worn, stained from makeup or smells from parfumes, detergents or smoke.
You will be refunded the amount you had paid via Instapay after item inspection. Shipping fees will be deducted from your total amount.
